FEE STRUCTURE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS, NRI AND NRI SPONSORED CANDIDATES

  1. Foreign students who have graduated from any recognized Indian University will be considered at par with Indian students. Such candidates are required to appear in the entrance examination and if admitted, will be required to pay normal fee admissible to Indian students.
  2. All foreign students who are interested in taking admission under foreign students quota (including foreign students graduated from any recognized Indian universities but not appearing in the entrance examination for M.Sc (IT)) are required to submit application on a prescribed application form (down loadable from web site) or their biodata giving details of all examinations passed. The deadline for receiving such applications will be no later than 1st August of each academic year.

  3. All foreign students are required to submit a copy of their applications along with all relevant certificates and mark sheets through their Embassies/High Commissions in India. Admission will be offered only to those candidates whose applications are received through their Embassies/High Commissions in India.

  4. All foreign students are required to submit health certificates as per rules of the university.

  5. Foreign students are eligible for University hostel accommodation as per university rules. Since the hostel accommodates both Under Graduate and Post Graduate students, we recommend single room private accommodation on monthly rental basis for foreign students. Cost of living for foreign students
Living cost is extra personal cost for foreign students. Cost of living in Udaipur City is not high. Indeed it is much lower than many other Cities of India, though it is variable. It is difficult to give a precise estimate of the overall cost of living since the life style of students coming from different foreign countries can vary significantly. However, all foreign students are advised to note that, in addition to the fees (such as annual tuition fee, registration fee etc) which are paid directly to the University, for a single student, an amount of approximately US $ 250 to 300 per month can be adequate for the living expenses such as renting a house, meal, transport and other related living daily expenses. It may rise in future. However, the University does not guarantee the actual living cost.

Books, stationeries and other printing matters
Apart from references which are provided by the University and those available in library, during the course, the student may require other materials including books, registers, pamphlets, stationeries, downloaded web materials and printing of the assignments/workshops as per requirement of the Post Graduate courses. We advise students to note that additional cost may be required for fulfillment of these requirements.

    Accruals as per university rules.

Note: In case higher and very specialized training is required, same to be arranged on the basis of additional cost sharing by students. The specialization Paper 402E will be offered only on the basis of cost sharing by students.
