    1. With the help of characteristic table, discuss the operation of an RS flip-flop. Explain how the JK flip-flop is an improvement over the RS flip-flop
    2. What is full adder circuit? Give the truth table of a full adder.
    3. Draw and explain the Von Neuman Model of a Computer.

    1. Explain working of a 2 X 4 decoder design using NAND gates. Give block diagram of a decoder and explain how two decoders can be combined to expand decoder.
